- Stage 1
Applied
Once we've reviewed your application, a member of the team will review it. If you are a potential match, we'll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.
- Stage 2
Telephone Interview
If your application is successful, a member of the team will arrange a call to discuss your skills and experience. If you are successful, you will then be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with a Hiring Manager.
- Stage 3
Face-to-Face Interview
A competency based interview will be carried out with a Hiring Manager to assess your skills and experience.
Competency-based interviews use questions which aim to find out how you have used specific skills in your previous experience and how you approach problems, tasks and challenges.

- Stage 4
Job Offer
This is the final step in the hiring process and a formal job offer is made to successful candidates. This stage ensures clarity on terms and conditions, and ensures a smooth transition into the company.

Hired
Once an offer has been agreed and accepted, we'll begin the pre-boarding process to prepare you for your first day with the company!
