Applied

Once we've reviewed your application, a member of the team will review it.  If you are a potential match, we'll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.
Stage 2

Interview

If your application is successful, a member of the team will arrange a call to discuss your skills and experience.

These calls allow us to provide you with an overview of the role that you've applied for, you can ask questions, and we'll explore your skills and experience to make sure you're a good fit for the role.  We like our interview processes to be 2-way, we want you to be sure this role is a good fit for you too.

If you are successful, you will then be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with a Hiring Manager.
Stage 3

Assessment Centre

If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend a Recruitment Assessment Centre.

Our Assessment Centres are designed so that applicants go through a series of tests over a 2 hour period.  This will include a face-to-face interview, computer literacy test, and a role play exercise.
Stage 4

Offer

This is the final step in the hiring process and a formal job offer is made to successful candidates. This stage ensures clarity on terms and conditions, and ensures a smooth transition into the company. 
Stage 5

Hired

Once an offer has been agreed and accepted, we'll begin the pre-boarding process to prepare you for your first day with the company!
