Since 2003, we’ve been helping people travel with confidence by providing specialist travel insurance for customers who are often overlooked by traditional providers. Many of the customers we support have pre-existing medical conditions or complex needs, and we’re proud to make travel possible for people who might otherwise struggle to find cover.
Our policies are designed to be clear, fair and centred around real customer needs. We provide cover for travellers of all ages, with no upper age limits, and our knowledgeable teams work hard to ensure every customer feels supported and confident in their cover before they travel.

In November 2024, we reached an exciting milestone with the launch of our latest travel insurance product, underwritten by Zurich Insurance Europe AG. This partnership has strengthened our offering and is helping to support our continued growth.
